Members
Fully paid up members of FSPC are entitled to receive the Packet. A full set of the packet rules is included with every distribution. Members must acquaint themselves and adhere to rules, failure to comply will result in being removed from the circulation and the member shall be liable for any loss incurred.
Vendors
The club welcomes material from members and other contributors.
A 10% commission is charged plus P&P for return of books.
Books for circulation must be in good condition with no loose stamps. Books in poor condition will not be circulated.
The club does not hold Packet insurance. It is up to individual vendors to arrange their own insurance cover.
The club is not responsible for any loss.
The Packet is always circulated by hand.
Circulation is expected to be 6-8 weeks after which they will be returned by Royal Mail as follows:
- First Class with Proof of Posting
- First Class Signed For
- Royal Mail 48 hour tracked
- First Class Registered
Vendors must choose a preferred method of return and arrange their own insurance as necessary.
Vendors shall include name, address, Email & contact numbers.
Payment will be made by bank transfer. Please provide bank details.
